How It All Began

P448 was founded in 2014 in Forlì, Italy, out of a simple idea between friends: build shoes that reflected creativity, personal style and genuine craftsmanship. That idea grew into a footwear label shaped by travel, street culture and technical know-how — always leaving room for experimentation.

At the centre of it all is a restless, curious spirit. The brand's own line, "You Can Surf Later," sums up the attitude well — a reminder to make room for life's adventures, wherever the road leads.

Three pillars sit at the heart of every P448 pair. Italian heritage runs through the choice of materials and the stitching on every shoe. Comfort is never traded for style. And every colourway, silhouette and material choice draws on the cultures and cities that inspire the brand's design language.

Responsibility

A Cleaner, Greener Approach

P448 designs with an eye on doing things a little better — using ecologically-conscious materials and processes where it can. Orders ship in a reusable dust bag inside 100% recycled packaging, with no single-use paper inserts.

Since 2024, the brand has also been a signatory to the UN Global Compact, aligning its day-to-day operations with international principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
